Terms and Conditions
Before making your booking please read and agree on the below Terms and Conditions. Your booking will be handled by HorsExplore AB.
1. Booking and payments
Send your request for more information by filling out the booking form or book directly at horsexplore.com
Once your the availability is confirmed you will get an invoice for a deposit to confirm your reservation. The final payment is due 30 days before arrival. If you book later than 30 days before arrival the full amount of the trip is due immediately.
You will get payment instructions after your booking request has been received by HorsExplore.
2. Flights
You are responsible for booking your own flights. We advice you not to book your flight before you have received our booking confirmation. Please note that if you have to cancel a flight the airline carriers cancellation policies will apply. Please check the detailed schedule so that your outbound flight is too early to miss out on the final riding day.
3. Cancellations
If you cancel 30 days or more prior to departure you pay the deposit.
If you cancel less than 30 days but more than 20 days prior to departure you will pay 50% of the cost of the holiday. If you cancel within
20 days (or less) prior to departure you will pay 100% of the cost of the holiday.
Your cancellation must be received in writing at our office (or mail) during Swedish office hours the number of days prior to departure mentioned above.
4. Change of booking
If you re-book one holiday to another date or make changes to your booking more than 30 days ahead of departure we have the right to charge a administration fee of 30 EUR. Rebooking less than 30 days prior to departure is seen as a cancellation and a new booking.
5. Insurance
It is necessary to have a comprehensive personal insurance during your holiday. For you own best we recommend that you check your private insurance. Azahar Adventures is not responsible for any injuries that might occur during your trip.
6. Force Majeure
In the event of fore majeure hindering us to perform certain activities we do not compensate the traveler. Force majeure may be whether condition, political factors, airline strikes and other unforeseen events. We will, in all cases, try to find another activity as a supplement.
