Friesian Horses & Yoga
Combine horse riding with yoga to strengthen both body and mind.
We practice yoga at some beautiful spots and our yoga teacher has developed a program adapted to riders.

I have been riding and having half-blood for many years and have not really known much about the Friesian horses. The first thing I was struck off (except how well maintained the facility was) was how calm and easy to handle these beautiful stallions are! Once up on my back I was impressed by their willingness to cooperate and the level of education. The riding instructor skillfully piloted us through the riding pass with Matilda as a translator. It worked great and I realize that I will ride Friesian horses over and over again!

After many many years at the riding school, I had almost lost interest in riding, but I took a chance and WOW! I feel that I learned as much in 5 days with Matilda and the gang as I did the last two years. The small groups, professional instructors and these wonderful horses whose "motor" adapted to our riding experience. Now my interest is stronger than ever! The beach gallop was really the icing of the cake and to experience the culture, the food together with the horses made me happy throughout the body!
